Requirements:
Higher education, at least 2 years in the same position in international organization, fluent English.
Responsibilities
• Develops, coordinates with supervisor and supervises implementation of standards for product (presenter) calculations in commercial equipment according to marketing activities plan.
• Provides Sales department with product (presenter) placement standards based on type of commercial equipment. Provides Sales department with standards of product (presenter) placement based on sales region, in particular for city/region.
• Develops, coordinates and supervises the provision of Sales department with uniforms, bags and necessary equipments.
• Develops, coordinates and supervises placement of order for commercial equipment and marketing materials production
• Gives Marketing department recommends concerning type, form, size and number of marketing materials according to marketing activities plan.
• Develops plan for sending marketing materials and commercial equipment to cities of Kazakhstan.
• Creates, coordinates and supervises implementation of budget for marketing materials and commercial equipment.
• Monitors compliance with retail outlets design standards by means of reporting, photo materials provided by Sales department and visiting wholesale/retail networks in cities of Kazakhstan.
• Visits wholesale/retail outlets in order to verify and monitor Company’s commercial equipment placement standards and to explore variety of competitor companies’ commercial equipment.
• Conducts regular monitoring, analysis and controls reporting on establishment of commercial equipment in retail outlets.
