Requirements:
Higher education, including post-degree (i.e MBA if applicable). Experience in consumption sales is not less than 3 years, experience in management is not less than 2 years. Fluent English.
Responsibilities:
To plan activity and direction of Company’s strategy in the sphere of trade promo activity on the Republic of Kazakhstan territory, submitting it to the Direct report manager for approval.
To be solely responsible for the Development and Leadership of Trade Equipment Strategy with the responsibility for (General Trade, Key Accounts and across channels). Responsible to align the C&TM Kazakhstan team in terms of global Merchandising with full cross-channels responsibility.
To plan and control the budget of POSM and trade equipment innovations as a leading tobacco organization. Enhancing the development in terms of Quality, tracking placements on a monthly basis, measure vs. KPI’s per trade class and city.
To analyze carrying trade promo activities, with submitting the analysis to the Direct report manager and Marketing Director.
To analyze and forecast trade promo of competitors with submitting the information to the Direct report manager.
To calculate the number of shop equipment and POSM. Required for trade promo activities.
To define the type, model and design of shop equipment and POSM, required for trade promo activities.
To discuss regularly trade promo activity with the Management and staffs of Distributors’ companies.
