Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationship with the assigned customer(s)
• Collect, analyze and share customer and market insight
• Set direction for collaboration with the customer, and create a strategic account plan
• Ensure mutual sharing of visions and strategies with the customer, and agree on joint business plan
• Define and agree on optimal solution and product range for the customer
• Act as project manager for key solution implementations and launches
• Create a joint marketing plan with the customer, and manage co- marketing funds for this account
• Define and own the internal and collaborative sales plan for this account
• Lead a cross-functional virtual account team, and ensure the team spirit and alignment between sales, marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM), logistics, retail mgt, care etc.

Requirements:
• Typically more than 3 years of relevant experience
• Recognized expert in their field (depth & breadth)
• Degree.
• Fluent English and Russian
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Eager to learn.
